Intermediate Book Fair Woodland Intermediate School Woodland PTA is excited to have the Spring book fair at Intermediate the second week in May! We are in need of volunteers. Please sign up for a block of time to help. You can set up, help students shop for books, or run the registers! |

Co-Chair Volunteer Opportunities
Book Fair Co-Chairs (INT)
The Book Fair Co-Chairs (2) will coordinate with Intermediate, the Scholastic Book Fair rep and the PTA to schedule and execute the book fair twice during the school year. At Intermediate, the fair is open for a week and students visit during the day. At least one Co-Chair should be present at the fair whenever it is open. Co-Chairs are responsible for working with the school to create a schedule for students to attend the fair, they coordinate the drop off and pick up of the fair with Scholastic and the school, and are responsible for set up and break down of the fair. There is also typically one or two evenings during curriculum night and/or open house when the fair would be open to parents as well as students. The PTA will assist with recruiting volunteers to work the fairs.

Dunk Fest is an annual 3-on-3 basketball tournament typically held in October at Woodland Middle School. Students 3rd-8th grade are eligble to compete. The PTA is looking for 2-3 Co-Chairs to plan and coordinate the event. Duties include recruiting and organizing teams, managing day of game schedule and sign-ins, coordinating uniforms, entertainment and concessions.
