ORDER / PRIZE PICK UP

Don't forget to mark your calendars, everyone who participated in our Signature Chocolate Fundraiser MUST attend our PICK UP event to collect their orders and/or prize packages. Details are below, please read carefully. We are still looking for a few more volunteers to help with the event. If you are interested in helping, click HERE for more details and signup information.
WHEN:
Friday November 11th 5:30pm – 8:30pm AND
Saturday November 12th 9:00am – 12:00pm
WHERE:
Woodland Middle School Café B, DOOR C4
HOW:
This will be a drive thru pick up. No one will need to enter the school or leave their vehicles. Please enter Woodland Middle School via Almond Road, immediately turn right and travel past the front doors, around the school to the east side of the building and stop near Door C4. (See map image below.) Volunteers will be stationed outside. Please tell them the name of your student, their school and teacher. Volunteers will collect your order and/or prize package, bring out to your car and place in your trunk or backseat.

NOTE:
ALL fundraiser participants MUST attend this pickup event to claim their prize packages. NO PRIZE PACKAGES WILL BE SHIPPED HOME. All orders placed via the paper order form and any online orders selected as Ship to School MUST be picked up at this event. ANY orders or prizes that are NOT claimed by 12:00pm on Saturday will be donated.
