Woodland PTA CALENDAR ART CONTEST
ATTENTION ALL WOODLAND STUDENTS!
The PTA is accepting submissions of calendar artwork for our upcoming school year. Submissions are accepted May 1st through the last day of school.
WHAT:
The Woodland PTA is accepting artwork submissions for our event calendar for the next school year. We are accepting submissions for the front cover of the calendar, as well as artwork for each month of the year. Each student can submit artwork for as many months as they would like, however no student can have more than one entry included in the calendar.
WHO:
All Woodland students are eligible to participate
WHEN/WHERE:
Submissions can be turned in to your teacher from May 1st until the last day of school
IMPORTANT INFO:
Students MUST write their FULL NAME and CURRENT GRADE and CURRENT HOME ROOM TEACHER on the BACK of their artwork submission in PENCIL so it is not visible on the front side. Please do not use pen or marker. If the above information is missing OR is illegeble the artwork submission cannot be considered. Artwork submission orientation should be in LANDSCAPE (horizontal) 11" x 8.5" format. Original artwork submissions will not be returned. Please keep in mind this is a calendar to be used for the entire school district, not just one school. Artists are encouraged to create a design in the general theme of the month or season and not holiday specific.
The cover winner will receive a $25 Amazon Gift Card and a copy of the final calendar. The winner of each month will receive a $10 Ice Cream Gift Card and a copy of the final calendar. Please keep in mind that any student will only have one artwork submission included in the calendar. Winners will be contacted and prizes will be distributed early in the next school year depending on the timeline of our printer.
